Ambassador Terms & Conditions – Scissor Tech & Matsui Hair

By submitting your application to become a Scissor Tech and/or Matsui Hair Ambassador, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Usage Rights
   If selected, you grant Scissor Tech and Matsui Hair full, royalty-free rights to use, edit, and repurpose any content you create as part of the program across all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, websites, ads, emails, packaging, and promotional materials.

2. Brand Representation
   You agree to be featured as an official ambassador across both Scissor Tech and Matsui Hair platforms. This includes your name, image, and content being used for promotional and community-facing purposes.

3. Content Guidelines
   Content shared as part of the ambassador program must align with brand values and be respectful, inclusive, and free from offensive or misleading material. Final decisions on content suitability rest with the Scissor Tech and Matsui teams.

4. Transparency
   You agree to clearly disclose any gifted products, affiliate partnerships, or paid collaborations with Scissor Tech or Matsui Hair in accordance with your country’s advertising and influencer marketing laws.

5. Confidentiality
   You agree not to share any unreleased product information, internal communications, or campaign details without express written consent.

6. Termination
   Scissor Tech and Matsui Hair reserve the right to end the ambassador partnership at any time if guidelines are not followed, or if the relationship no longer aligns with brand direction.
